1. Reduction of heat transfer through building envelope. Lowering cooling load
2. Reduction of reflection and radiation to outdoor atmosphere. Mitigating heat island effect.
3. Air purification. Absorbing CO2 and some other polluted gas, catch particular matters from air by leaves. Catch VOC’s by root bacteria.
4. Ecological habitat
5. Positive psychological healing effect by its asthetic.
